Keith Jeremy – Digital Product Design

Keith Jeremy Satinitigan is a digital product designer with more than ten years of experience designing products for startups across healthcare, fintech, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence from Elisava Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, where his capstone project explored ambient AI health monitoring. Before graduate school, Keith spent years leading design at growing healthcare and fintech companies in Southeast Asia, working on products used by hundreds of thousands of people.

His work sits at the intersection of complex systems and human clarity. Projects have spanned benefits platforms that help employees navigate healthcare coverage, AI-powered voice agents that handle patient calls for clinics, teleconsultation tools that let doctors care for patients remotely, cryptocurrency trading experiences for first-time investors, and an ambient health monitor that detects vital signs via camera without wearables.

Keith approaches design as an end-to-end discipline — from framing the right problem with stakeholders through research, interaction design, visual craft, and shipping. He works closely with engineering and product teams and is comfortable in code when it helps communicate ideas more precisely.

Currently based in Cebu, Philippines. Available for product design roles and consulting engagements, particularly in healthcare, AI, and mission-driven technology.
